Your privacy

Private entries stay with their reader and clients authorized for that profile; household-visible entries are shared with other household readers. Connected clients and personal tokens belong to one reader, and you can revoke their access in Household settings. Catalog, cover and availability queries send book information to Open Library, Google Books and Libby/OverDrive. Hoopla links open a title-and-author search only when you choose them. Resend delivers sign-in codes, invitations and availability emails you opt into, while Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-in requests from abuse. You can export your own data and delete your account; deleting the last member’s account also removes the household and its managed readers. Private backups in Cloudflare R2 rotate for up to eight weeks, so deleted data may remain in those backups until they expire.
